As a Junior Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support our teams, streamline processes, and create an efficient, well-organized work environment—both physically and digitally.
You’ll work closely with our Sr. Operations Manager to enhance how Buddy operates every day. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Customer & Account Support – Assist the Account Team with customer communications and task management to ensure seamless interactions.
✅ Office & Systems Management – Maintain and improve our physical and digital work environments, ensuring they are comfortable, efficient, and optimized for productivity.
✅ Scheduling & Coordination – Support team scheduling for internal and external meetings, travel, and logistics to keep everything running on time.
✅ Process Development – Contribute to improving company processes, creating efficiencies, and suggesting enhancements to make workflows smoother.
✅ Documentation & Organization – Provide accurate and timely meeting notes, discussion points, and action items to ensure alignment across teams.
